Body Buster Bootcamp March 2014 Bootcamper of the Program!

Making a commitment to form a regular exercise routine is one of the most important things you can do for yourself.
I have been a Body Buster Fitness member for apx 1 year.
What I love about the Body Buster Fitness Program is I don't have to think.  I just need to show up and my instructor tells me what to do.  
I have lost Apx 5 pounds, not sure in inches but have lost 1 dress size
I have made Body Buster part of my regular routine.  The group atmosphere and my instructor Lily is very motivational. It is great to be among people with the same focus and fitness goals.
The Body Buster Program has made me feel fitter, stronger and generally more healthy.  I have more energy throughout the day.
Although it is a struggle to get up at 5:30am to go to bootcamp it sets the stage for the rest of the day.  I find I am more focused and effective at work after a good class.  By making exercise part of my regular routine I have more energy throughout the day.  With a 3 and 6 year old at home every ounce of energy is important.
The great thing about the Body Buster program is that there is always someone there to challenge you.  The instructors are there to ensure you are engaged and challenged for the full hour.  This is very hard to do on your own at the gym.
We all lead hectic work and family lives.  Making a commitment to form a regular exercise routine is one of the most important things you can do for yourself.  Focusing on personal health and fitness affects so many areas of your life. Not only does it improve your overall health it improves your entire mental state which affects everyone around you.
